Dear Business Partner,

As photo retouching is recently found in the after-sales appeals materials submitted by some distributors, the SaleYee platform now puts forward some specifications for the after-sales appeals materials:

1. Please provide complete full-screen screenshots (full-screen screenshots after the browser is maximized). Partial screenshots cannot pass the reviewincluding but are not limited to the partial screenshots, screenshots of contents without a browser bar, half-screen screenshots, and screenshots without a maximized browser;
2. Please provide the original screenshot. It is strictly forbidden to use any photo editor such as Photoshop for secondary editing. No secondary modification of the picture, including marks, annotations, arrows, mosaics, etc., is allowed. If the picture is blurred, or with any of the above marks, it will not pass the review;
3. Product picturesarerequired in any one of the after-sales compliant materials;
4. If there is any doubt about the after-sales complaint materials after the review, the distributor is required to re-submit or supplement the additional materials for review. If the materials submitted by the distributor are detected to be false again, the claim application will be rejected, and the platform reserves the right of final interpretation of the after-sales appeals materials review standards.

If the after-sales appeals materials are detected to be false three times, the platform will take measures including but not limited to the following:

1) Listed on the blacklist and cannot enjoy guaranteed services;

2) SaleYee membership level (VIP) will be downgraded for three months, and membership level will not change during this period;

3) The platform has the right to request the refund of funds, and reserves the legal right to trace the losses of the platform;

4) Freeze the account.
