To provide you with a more comprehensive, more convenient, and more secure dropshipping service, the SaleYee dropshipping platform will launch protection services (including "Return Protection Service" and "Logistics Protection Service”) on January 1, 2022 (GMT+8). The protection services can not only help you deal with the corresponding after-sales issues, but also reduce your operation risks.

After the protection services are officially launched, the compensation ratio of the after-sales type "Unconditional returns" will be raised to 65% from 45%-55%. The premise is that this order has purchased "Return Protection Service".

"Logistics Protection Service" is applicable when your order after-sales type is "delivered but not received", the compensation will be paid in full. The premise is that this order has purchased "Logistics Protection Service".

Please note that SaleYee’s after-sales policy of "Unconditional returns" and "Logistics related policies" has changed. From 0:00 a.m. on January 1, 2022 (GMT+8), if you do not choose the protection service, your order will no longer enjoy the previous service. Please select the "Return Protection Service" and "Logistics Protection Service" according to your needs.

After successful payment of the protection service, all sales orders that meet the standards can apply for a claim; if you apply for an appeal of the corresponding after-sales type, without purchasing the protection service previously, the SaleYee platform will not process the compensation.
