SaleYee 2025 Spring Festival Holiday Notice

Greetings!

As the chimes of New Year's Eve in 2025 draw near, we are preparing to bid farewell to 2024 and welcome the hopeful year of 2025.

In accordance with Chinese New Year holiday regulations and considering the specific circumstances of the SaleYee Distribution Platform, we hereby notify you of the 2025 Spring Festival holiday arrangements:

1.SaleYee staffs will be on holiday from January 28, 2025 (Tuesday) to February 4, 2025 (Tuesday), for a duration of 8 days. Official resumption of work will be on February 5, 2025 (Wednesday).

2.During the Spring Festival holiday, SaleYee Dropshipping Platform will fulfill distributor orders as usual, and suppliers will continue to dispatch shipments, although there may be some delays in delivery times. The quotation process for orders in remote areas will proceed as normal.

3.For in-sales or after-sales issues with orders, distributors can appeal on the platform. SaleYee Distribution Platform will arrange customer service personnel to handle in-sales or after-sales appeals.(Handling time: from January 28, 2025, to February 4, 2025, daily from 10:00 to 16:00.)
