What is the process of after-sales service and its timing?
1. For any after-sale issue, please contact SaleYee customer service firstto get the solution, instead of applying for refunds or returns All after-sales appeals without previous communication with customer service may not be fully refunded.
2. In any case that withproduct quality problems or products caused by logistics, please provide pictures or video proof for customer service to verify and offer specific solutions.
3. All the after-sales appeals should be applied on the SaleYee Dropshipping Platform and it requires reasons, proofs, and expected solutions. They will be processed in turn according to the time of application. For any emergent questions, you can consult customer service representatives on Skype or in the WhatsApp group.
4. All after-sales issues customer service will give solutions through work orders. If distributors have new information from end customers please leave a message directly, customer service will reply as soon as possible after receiving the information.
5. If the after-sale work order has been processed, the customer service would not receive it in time after the distributor leaves a message again (for instance, the end customer returned the products that the logistics shows have been signed for, the distributor may need a refund), please send the order number starting with E0DSin the docking group Aite customer service to process the refund, in such cases, please send your order number starting with E0DS- to the relevant group to @ customer service to process.
