Is the unconditional return supported?

1. The platform supports 30 or 45 days unconditional returns (distributors need to buy Return Protection Service when placing the order) when the returns are caused by personal reasons such as do not want/ do not like/ not satisfied with it (Products match the description on listing, whereas the customer is not satisfied with the size, material, color, etc.)/ the wrong order caused by incorrect operation(non-product reasons). Customers need to return the product to the designated address on their own. The returned parcel should contain all the original packaging, accessories and instructions. After the product is returned and signed for, SaleYee will compensate the distributor according to the rules of Return Protection Service.

Please note: For unconditional returns, SaleYee platform does not bear the return shipping cost, and distributors cannot purchase RL from the platform at their own cost.

2. The distributor needs to provide the tracking number to SaleYee customer service within 7 days from receiving the return request from the end customer or needs to notify the platform customer service within 2 business days from the logistics track of the returned parcel showing “delivered” so that the platform can create a return forecast in time to notify the global warehouses for arranging a refund after receiving the returned parcel. If the distributor fails to inform the customer service of the tracking number of the returned parcel, which results that the returned parcel not being matched and thus destroyed, the SaleYee platform will not compensate the distributor.
