How to pay for the orders on SaleYee platform?
1. How to pay for the orders on SaleYee platform?
Credit Card* (Highly Recommended)
(1) At present, the credit card payment method only supports payment for orders and cannot be used in recharge.
(2) Credit cards can be used to pay for orders in US dollars, pounds, and euros, and the handling fee for a transaction is: 4% of the total order price+$0.17/€0.15/£0.13.
(3) Because we currently do not support card binding with the SaleYee platform, please directly enter the card number and CVS during the payment process. And you need to re-enter it when paying again.
(4) For orders paid with a credit card, if there is a refund in/after the sales, the refund amount will be sent back to your credit card.
(5) During the payment process, all your card information will be sent to the payment institution in an encrypted manner to complete the transaction. Saleyee will not store the card information by any means.
Payoneer
(1) Payoneer can be used to recharge or pay for the orders directly.
(2) Payoneer account and currency are needed before recharging or payment.
(3) Recharge and pay in real-time.
(4) For orders paid with Payoneer, if there is a refund in/after the sales, the refund amount will be sent back to your SaleYee account balance.
(5)Accounts registered in Australia and Japan are not supported.
Bank Transfer
(1) Only manual bank transfer is supported, and it is not a real-time transfer. After the manual bank transfer is completed, the user needs to fill in the remittance slip by going to "My SaleYee - Billing - My balance - Remittance" interface, and the funds will be credited to your account after verification;
(2) Support remittance in USD, EUR, and GBP;
(3) During the remittance, your bank may charge a certain handling fee, subject to the final result;
(4) Cross-payment method transfers are unavailable. Only funds remitted to our collection account by manual bank transfer will be accepted, and any loss caused thereby shall be borne by the user.
Balance
(1) SaleYee account balance can be topped up via manual bank transfer or Payoneer;
(2) SaleYee account balance can be used for order payment, which is safe and fast;
(3) SaleYee account balance can be withdrawn and will be sent back to the original payment method.
WeChat Pay
(1) Direct payment for SaleYee orders;
(2) The local currency (USD, GBP, and EUR) will be converted into CNY on real-time rate; support payment with Wechat added cards or credit cards;
(3) Recharge of the account balance is not accepted;
(4) It is only for Chinese Mainland users who are authenticated with the WeChat wallet, and does not support users who are authenticated with the Home Return Permit.
(5) For order refund, if the refund is made on the day of payment, the funds will be returned in the same way according to the exchange rate at the time of payment, and if the refund is made after days, the funds will be returned in the same way according to the real-time exchange rate at the time of refund.
(6) WeChat Pay on PC only supports payment by scanning QR code. Long-pressing the QR code or identify the QR code through a photo album is not supported, otherwise the order will be locked for 2 hours to prevent repeated payments.
Alipay
(1) Direct payment for SaleYee orders;
(2) The local currency (USD, GBP, and EUR) will be converted into CNY on real-time rate; support payment with Alipay added cards or credit cards;
(3) Recharge of the account balance is not accepted;
(4) It is only for Chinese Mainland users who are authenticated with Alipay and does not support users who are authenticated with the Home Return Permit.
(5) Order refunds will be returned according to the real-time amount rate;
(6) Abandoning the payment after scanning the code, if there is an error when you refresh the PC-side payment page, you can directly choose to continue the payment on the mobile-side payment page.
(7) Alipay on PC only supports payment by scanning QR code. Long-pressing the QR code or identify the QR code through photo album is not supported, otherwise the order will be locked for 2 hours to prevent repeated payments.
2. Transaction Handling Fee
No service charge will be included in the prices of products that come with free shipping from 9:00 a.m. (PST), August 31, 2020. Henceforth, when topping up your account or paying for orders, you will have to pay the handling fee according to the payment method you choose. As for different payment methods, the specific rates are as follows:

Note: Because handling fees are charged by third-party payment processors after new billing rules take effect from 9:00 a.m. (PST), August 31, 2020, handling fees will not be returned in case of refunds of orders shipped. The rest of the order amount will be returned to the balance of your SaleYee account. Handling fees will not be charged if you use the balance to pay for orders.
