1. As orders are automatically synced and shipped by the SaleYee platform system if you need to cancel the order after payment, please apply in-sales appeals in time. The result is subject to the system notification.
2. If the order cancellation is successful, you will get a refund from the SaleYee platform (If the payments are made by credit card, the refund will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment account, In other cases, the refund will be sent back to your SaleYee account balance).
3. The order cancellation is subject to the order status as required:
If the status of the order is "Awaiting shipment", please timely apply in-sales appeals to cancel the order, and the cancellation result is subject to the system notification.
If the status of the order is "Orders to be received", the order cancellation is unavailable;
Note: If the order has been sent to the overseas warehouse shipping system, the order cancellation is unavailable.
