* Customers can sync the stock which has added SKU mapping to the stores on different platforms;
* "Item ID" is required for eBay orders with multiple item specifics, "warehouse" is required for Wish and IrobotBox ERP orders with a single item-specific and "location" is required for Shopify orders.
* Manual sync and auto sync are both available;
* The minimum sync frequency is to once every 2.5hours;
* The clients can set the sync rules, for example, when the stock is less than 5, it will be synced as 0 to the stores;
* The stock sync doesn't take place in real time. It takes about 30 minutes to upload the synced stock to the stores and you can check it in "stock update record. "
2. Stock update process
2.1 Description of the list
* All the data in this table have added SKU mapping. If you delete the SKU mapping, the related data here will also be removed;
* Actual stock means the actual stock of the SKU on SaleYee;
* Updated stock means the stock calculated according to the updated rules, which will be updated to the stores on platforms;
2.2 Update rules setting
A. Click the following buttons in order to enter the settings of rules: "My SaleYee"- " Stock update setting" - "Update rules " On this page, you can add or edit update rules and view the log;
B. Click "Rule name" button to add another update rule as shown in the following image:
-"Rule name" means a name given to this rule;
-"Update rules" means to set a relationship between a quantity range of actual stock on SaleYee and a specific stock to be updated to stores. For example, if the actual stock is in small quantity, the updated stock can be set as 0 to avoid the risk of overselling.
- Please note that overlapping is not allowed in two actual stock ranges. For example, if you have set rule A: When the actual stock is between 0 to 5, the store stock will be updated as 0. Then you set rule B: When the actual stock is between 3 to 10, the store inventory will be updated as 10. Rule A and rule B can not exist at the same time because 3 is within the range of 0 to 5.
-If the actual stock is out of the range set by you, then it will be updated to the stores truthfully.
2.3 Stock update setting
Click "Update rule setting" button to enter the settings of rules. Here comes the description and functions of two main buttons about update settings on this page:
"Edit" button: Click the "Edit" button and a window will pop up. On this pop-up window, you can select the update rule and whether to auto-update or not.
Item ID is required for eBay orders with multiple specifics, as shown in the image below:
"Warehouse name" is required for Wish and IrobotBox ERP orders, as shown in the image below:
"Location" is required for Shopify orders, as shown in the image below:
Select some data and click "Set in batch" to enable/dis-enable auto update stock and set update rules in bulk, as shown in the image below.
2.4 Update stock manually
Select the SKU to be updated and click "Update manually" button to upload the stock manually.
2.5 Troubleshoot
In case of abnormal data during the update, after you solve the problem according to the diagnosis, click "Troubleshoot" to update the stock again;
